I became interested in Life Coaching in 2003 - a time in the UK when it was starting to really take off. It became clear to me that in the same way that I had understood and been trained in improving health and fitness through physical training programmes, I could become trained in how to improve the way my mind works and how I perceive things. Armed with this information I could then understand how to change other aspects of my life that I could see needed attention.
A Life Coach is a mentor, a resource, a supporter and motivator; someone who will get to know you very well and have the courage to face you with reality.
The greatest tragedy we can make in our lives is to live a life with regrets. My job as your Life Coach is to encourage you to live your life to your full potential, and to agree goals and action plans to achieve those goals. I will help you take control of your life and to help you achieve your wildest dreams.

A significant factor in Life Coaching and implementing change is using a specific process called Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). This is a very powerful tool for maximising potential in physical activity or in life in general.
