Booking Conditions

We will confirm to you once a booking has been made in your name. The confirmation will include the start date and time, the departure date and time, and the costs of the booking. We will also advise you if there are any other costs that may be incurred over and above the booking costs.

If due to unforeseen circumstances Active at Altitude has to cancel the booking, we will refund any deposit in full and will assist to make arrangements for alternative accommodation to be found.

If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to rental date no fee

Cancellation within 30 days of rental date fee is 50% of rental charge

Cancellation within 7 days of rental date fee is 100% of rental charge

Guests who enter into a booking agree to acceptance of these conditions. Note that there may be a service charge for cancellation if original payment was made by debit or credit card - these charges may vary depending on the card provider. We will advise you of the amount of this charge if it applies.
