| Active at Altitude is based within a 7 bedroom family home on three levels. The accommodation is spacious and provides a supportive and relaxed atmosphere with wonderful views of the Continental Divide whilst also being close to Estes Park and a short drive from Boulder. All bedrooms have mountain views. |

You will find that the accommodation is warm and welcoming - we have made sure that every room is comfortable and provides a home from home feel to make your stay a memorable one.
Wildlife roams in the locality - elk, deer, chipmunks, raccoons, bluebirds and humming birds are frequent visitors depending on the season. The property overlooks a field that is part of the elk migration trail!

The lower level has three bedrooms and offers full self catering facilities:

Bedroom 1
has a king sized sleigh style bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. The room is spacious, has a large walk in closet and ample storage in a 7 drawer chest with a large mirror. There are twin bedside tables with individual lamps and an alarm clock.

Bedroom 2
has a queen sized sleigh style bed, and shares a bathroom / shower with bedroom 3. The room is spacious , and also has a 7 drawer chest with a large mirror. There are twin bedside tables with individual lamps. The room also has it's own access door to the private lower level deck. |

Bedroom 3
has two double bunk beds, and shares a bathroom / shower with bedroom 2.
There is a large walk in closet and has it's own door to the shared bathroom. The bunk beds are doweled for strength and security.

| The lower level has its own kitchen / dining / living area, with dining table and 8 chairs. Entertainment center with TV, Direct TV satellite, DVD, and video. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, cooker, coffee maker and full crockery, glasses and cutlery provided. There are separate washer and dryer units. There is a private full deck for the lower level. |

Room rates vary from $75-$100 per night depending on room and season. Family rates are available. The lower level is available as individual rooms or as a complete suite / apartment.
The upper level has three further bedrooms on a bed and breakfast basis:

has a full sized double bed, and shares a bathroom / shower. There is a walk in closet, 6 drawer chest with bookcase and a dressing table with 4 drawers. A bedside table and single lamp. The bed has a Laura Ashley quilt and pillow shams. |
Bedroom 5
has a full sized double bed, and shares a bathroom / shower. Twin bedside lamps, a desk with lamp and 4 drawer chest. There is a large walk in closet and a bookcase. |

Bedroom 6
has a queen sized double bed and a twin bed, and shares a bathroom / shower. There is a large walk in closet, bedside table and lamp for each bed, a 5 drawer chest, and bookshelves. |
| All the upper level bedrooms have use of a beautiful lounge area with TV / DVD, and Direct TV satellite. Cathedral vaulted ceilings and large aspect windows present a spacious and light and airy ambience to the room. There is a wood burner that provides heat for the upper two floors when weather demands. |

Continental breakfast for the upper level guests is provided in a spacious dining area with wonderful views over the Continental divide. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave and coffee maker for guest use. |
